Article XIV
FEES
1401. General
a. A minimum fee of $150.00 plus $10.00 per lot in the preliminary subdivision plat, and an additional fee of $100.00 shall be
submitted at the time of submission of the Final Plat to cover the cost of administration of this Ordinance. A fee of $35.00
for a minor subdivision plat (existing lots of single ownership vacation of interior lot lines/part & parcel to one new
single lot) fee shall be submitted at the time of plat approval (not applicable to 2 or more created parcels). [June 24, 2008]
b. A sign permit fee of $25.00 for residential signs and $50.00 for commercial signs shall be submitted with the sign permit application.

c. Each request for a conditional use, zoning appeal, variance, zoning text amendment, shall be accompanied by a
fee of $150.00. Each request for a rezoning, special use, etc. shall be accompanied by a fee of $200.00 and if a zoning map
change is approved an additional fee of $150.00 must be submitted. [June 24, 2008]
d. Request for vacation of plats shall be accompanied by a fee of $100.00. [Amended December 11, 2001]
e. The following fee shall be charged for a zoning permit:
